Joseph E. Betts, J.D., M.S.A.

Formerly an Associate with the firm of Griffin, Smith, Caldwell, Helder & Lee, P.A. in Union County, North Carolina, Mr. Betts received his undergraduate degree summa cum laude in Political Science and his Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mr. Betts attended the University of North Carolina School of Law in Chapel Hill, NC graduating in 2000. In addition to practicing law, Mr. Betts is also Adjunct Faculty at the University of North Carolina Wilmington teaching Business Law, Commercial Law, Constitutional Law and Financial and Managerial Accounting.

A former Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, Mr. Betts is also fluent in Spanish, and practices in the areas of:

Diane Hogan

A former educator in New Hanover County, NC, Diane K. Hogan earned her undergraduate degree cum laude form the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After teaching for 5 years, Ms. Hogan attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Law School where she received her J.D. in 2000. Upon receiving her J.D., Ms. Hogan established her own law practice, focusing primarily on residential real estate closings.

Ms. Hogan continues to be an educator in New Hanover County, and practices in the areas of:
